Yes. Price is 0 Robux per the Roblox experience page. There are no paid gamepasses — the gamepass endpoint returns an empty array. All Robux purchases are direct developer products.

10 players per server. Sampled public servers during verification showed an average of 5.4 players per server (max observed 7 of 10).

Seafolk. It grants +25% fishing XP, a 15% double-fish chance, faster swim speed, no drowning, +HP regen when wet, and +10% damage when soaked. It is one of two S-tier races alongside the very rare Celestial (Human Variant).

The Willpower stat references Haki in its UI, but no equipable Haki ability is implemented in the current Early Access build. Per robolibrary.org, the Willpower stat itself is live but Haki is not yet an unlockable ability.

Three islands: Anchor Town (levels 1-30), Clown Town (30-70), Maple Village (70+). No fourth island is implemented in the current Early Access build.

Grand Blue is built by group Eternal Pose (Group ID 34564085). @Superstephon (ThatNoobSoul) is widely credited as the lead developer per BloxInformer and the official fan wiki; @Bracterio is an active contributor with a strong social presence. Both names surface in community attribution.
